2. Service

Tandivia is a tool for planning and tracking strength training. It allows users to build routines and microcycles, log completed training, and review the history and estimates derived from those records.

Tandivia does not provide medical or healthcare advice. Its estimates and references are training information and do not replace the judgement of a healthcare professional. Training carries a risk of injury, and each person must decide whether they are fit to train.

3. Sign-up and accounts

Public sign-up starts by choosing a plan and completing payment or payment-method validation in Stripe. Tandivia then sends an invitation to the supplied email address so the customer can finish sign-up. The account is not created until that invitation is accepted and the user chooses their credentials and personal preferences.

Each account is personal. Its holder must provide accurate information, keep the password secret and report any unauthorised use. When an athlete belongs to a team, their coach and the people responsible for that team can access their programming and training history in order to provide the service.

The owner may grant complimentary, manually managed licences with no renewal or expiry date for demonstrations or other specific cases. These licences do not create an entitlement to receive one or to keep one indefinitely.

4. Plans and prices

Current amounts are shown on the pricing page and confirmed in Checkout before a subscription is placed.

Individual plan

  • 1 month: €2.99.
  • 4 months: €9.99.
  • 12 months: €23.99.

These amounts include VAT. The first 30 days are free once per customer. Choosing a 4- or 12-month term sets the amount and frequency of each renewal; it is not a monthly instalment.

Team plan

Teams are billed monthly according to use. The €5 base price, before VAT, includes one coach and one athlete. Each additional coach costs €4 before VAT. Additional athletes are priced progressively:

  • athletes 2–25: €1 per athlete;
  • athletes 26–50: €0.80 per athlete;
  • athletes 51–100: €0.60 per athlete;
  • athletes 101 and above: €0.40 per athlete.

Only users who have accepted their invitation are counted; pending invitations are not billed. There is no commercial maximum number of coaches or athletes. Checkout displays the total, including applicable taxes, before the subscription is confirmed.

Public subscriptions are initially limited to Spanish billing addresses.

5. Free trials

The individual plan includes 30 days free for new customers and may only be used once.

A team initially registered with no more than one coach and four athletes receives three months free. Eligibility is fixed when the subscription begins: if the team grows during those three months, the complete offer remains in place. A team that starts with two or more coaches, or five or more athletes, pays from the outset. The offer may only be used once per customer or team and cannot be restarted by deleting or recreating an account or organisation.

At the end of a trial, the subscription is charged and renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the trial expires.

6. Payments, renewals and usage changes

Payments and billing details are managed through Stripe. Tandivia does not store the full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically in calendar periods from their start date: monthly for teams and every 1, 4 or 12 months for the individual plan.

For teams, adding or removing accepted members updates subscription quantities. Any applicable prorated adjustments appear on the next invoice. The team owner can review and manage the payment method, invoices and cancellation through the billing portal available from Tandivia.

If prices change, reasonable advance notice will be given before the change affects a renewal. Changes do not alter an already-paid term or restrict rights granted by consumer law.

7. Cancellation and failed payments

A subscription can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid term. It can be reactivated through Tandivia while the current term remains in force.

If a charge fails, the licence changes to payment due and access continues for seven days. The deadline is displayed in the plan section. If payment is not resolved during that period, access is suspended. Any later recovery depends on the status assigned to the subscription by Stripe.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you contract as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days of entering into it, without giving a reason, by writing to hola@tandivia.com. A free trial and the ability to cancel a renewal are separate benefits and do not reduce this statutory right.

By subscribing and accepting these terms, you request Tandivia to enable the service as soon as you complete sign-up, including when this occurs during that period. The consequences required by consumer law apply, including payment for the proportion already supplied where legally applicable. Nothing in these terms excludes situations in which the law preserves the right of withdrawal in full.

You may use this model: “To Tandivia (hola@tandivia.com), I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Tandivia service, entered into on [date], by [full name], residing at [address], with account email [email]. Date and signature, only if submitted on paper.”

9. Retention after cancellation and closure

Cancelling a subscription does not immediately delete the account. Once access ends, Tandivia keeps the account’s or team’s operational data for six months so that it can be recovered. After that period, a scheduled process deletes the account or organisation and its associated operational data.

This retention does not prevent you from exercising the right to erasure at any time under the privacy policy. Data that must be retained to meet legal obligations, handle claims or prevent repeated use of an offer may remain restricted or blocked for the applicable period. Stripe retains its own payment and invoicing records as required by its obligations.

10. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Users must not attempt to access other accounts or data, carry out load or intrusion testing without written permission, impersonate another person, resell access, or upload unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Content entered by a user, such as programmes and training records, remains theirs. Tandivia processes it to provide the service. Tandivia’s software, trade marks, design and own content belong to its owner or licensors.

11. Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, deployments, incidents or circumstances outside the owner’s reasonable control. Reasonable continuity and backup measures are used, but uninterrupted availability or recovery in every circumstance is not guaranteed.

The service may evolve provided that the essential features already purchased are not unjustifiably reduced. Material changes to these terms will be notified with reasonable advance notice. If they materially disadvantage an active subscription, the customer may cancel it before they take effect.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner is responsible only for direct loss attributable to the owner. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the customer is a consumer, disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable consumer and procedural law, including those of the consumer’s place of residence where required.
